Especially worth writing about
A wrong result. Conversion factors and rounding are covered by tests, but a tool can still be wrong in a way no test anticipated. If you tell us what you entered, what you got and what you expected, it can usually be fixed the same week.
A tool that is missing. The list grows based on what people ask for. If you converted something today by opening a search engine instead of this site, that is worth knowing.
Something that does not work on your device or with your screen reader. Accessibility problems are treated as bugs, not as requests.
Privacy and advertising
Questions about what the site stores, or about the advertising cookies, are answered in full by the privacy policy. If something there is unclear or does not match what you are seeing, write and say so.
